Muhammad Rizki serves as Managing Partner of OPENGATE Advisory, leading the firm’s Corporate, M&A and Investment practice. Inspired by renowned business founders, he combines legal precision with a strategic, business-first mindset — approaching each mandate as an operator would, not only as counsel. With fluency in English and working proficiency in Japanese (JLPT N3), he regularly advises Japanese and other foreign investors on market entry, licensing, joint ventures and dispute strategy in Indonesia. He is a Chartered Arbitrator (ACIArb.) and a Certified Legal Auditor (CLA.), and is committed to continuous professional development and client-centred service.
